What is a SIM card?

A SIM card is a physical chip inserted into your phone that allows it to connect to a mobile network for calls, texts, and data.

1. Order your plan

Place your order at least 7 days before your flight, as shipping may take up to 2 - 3 days.
For US plans, please check device compatibility before purchase. How to check compatibility.

2. Receive the SIM card before departure

We will deliver it by mail at least two days before your departure.
If it has not arrived by then, please contact us at info@nxtsim.com.

3. Insert the SIM card into your phone

Once you arrive at your destination, simply insert it into your phone to access internet services.

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital version of a SIM card.

1. Order your plan

eSIMs are available for purchase anytime, from anywhere.
For US plans SIM, please check device compatibility before purchase. How to check compatibility.
*Activation may take up to 12 hours for all eSIMs.
*We recommend purchasing the eSIM as soon as your itinerary is confirmed.

2. Receive eSIM details via email

An email with the eSIM details will be sent after activation is complete.
For US plans, the email will be sent on the requested date.

3. Add the eSIM to your phone

Visit the plan page and follow the setup guide.
