1. Order the best plan for you

Please make a order 7 days before your flight day since the shipping might take up to 2-3days.

2. Receive your physical SIM card before your departure

We will deliver your physical SIM card by mail at least two days before your departure date.
If it has not arrived by two days prior, please kindly contact us at info@nxtsim.com

3. Insert the physical SIM card into your phone

Once you arrive at your destination, you can use internet service only by inserting the physical SIM card into your phone.

 eSIM (Delivery by email)

You can get eSIM anytime from anywhere!
*For US plan SIM, please check your device compatibility before your purchase. How to check compatibility.
*Activation your eSIM may take up to 12 hours
*Please purchase the eSIM as soon as your itinerary is confirmed

2. Receive your eSIM information via email

You will receive an your eSIM information email after activation is completed
*For US plan, you will receive the email on the data requested

3. Add eSIM to your phone

Please visit your plan page and follow “How to install” steps
