Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
  1. f the personal information held by the Company about a User is incorrect, the User may request the Company to correct, add, or delete the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") in accordance with the procedures stipulated by the Company.
  2. When the Company receives such a request from the User and determines that it is necessary to comply, the Company shall correct the personal information without delay.
  3. When the Company has made corrections, etc., or has decided not to make corrections, etc., the Company shall notify the User without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
  1. If an individual requests the Company to suspend or delete the use of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or has been obtained by illegal means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
  2. If the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the investigation results, the Company will suspend the use of the personal information without delay.
  3. If the Company suspends use, etc., or decides not to suspend use, etc., the Company will notify the user without delay.
  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension of use, etc., would be costly or otherwise difficult, and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, the Company will take such alternative measures.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
  1. The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying the user, except for matters otherwise specified by laws, regulations, or otherwise in this Policy.
  2. Except as otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
