The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all services provided by NXTSIM, including the sale of SIM cards and eSIMs. These T&Cs are available on the NXTSIM website and may be updated from time to time. By engaging with NXTSIM’s services, customers, both individual and business, agree to these terms.
Definitions:
2.1. eSIM and SIM Card Sales NXTSIM offers SIM cards and prepaid eSIMs, which can be purchased through our website or partner platforms.

2.3. NXTSIM Engagements NXTSIM strives to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or fault-free service.
2.4. Customer Responsibilities Customers must ensure their use of NXTSIM services is lawful and does not harm NXTSIM’s network. Non-compliance may result in service suspension.
2.5. Device Compatibility Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices are eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. The eSIM compatibility list provided by NXTSIM is not exhaustive. To use our SIM cards and eSIMs, customers must ensure that their mobile phone is compatible with our services. Specifically, the phone must be unlocked and not restricted to a specific network provider. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of our SIM cards or eSIMs in devices that are locked to another carrier.
The contract between NXTSIM and the Customer begins upon completing an order on the NXTSIM website or partner platforms. The contract will terminate if the Customer deletes the eSIM or lose the sim card.
4.1. Payment Conditions NXTSIM offers various payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and other options. Payments are processed in US Dollars or other currencies as determined at the time of transaction.
4.2. Invoicing and Late Payments Business Users receive invoices their use of NXTSIM services. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional charges.
Purchased eSIMs will be delivered via email from NXTSIM and sim cards will be delivered to the address the customers provide. Confirmation and installation instructions will be provided via email, our website, or a physical manual.
6.1. Refunds and Cancellations Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the eSIM cannot be installed due to technical issues attributable to NXTSIM. Refunds are not available for unused data once the validity period expires.
6.2. Accidental and Unauthorized Purchases Refunds for accidental or unauthorized purchases are subject to investigation and approval. Refunds for used sim cards and eSIMs are not provided.
NXTSIM is not liable for indirect damages, including charges from alternate providers or devices. Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices are compatible with NXTSIM services.
NXTSIM reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
